Mr. Adam Dreiblatt has over thirty five years of experience with twin-screw extrusion as a consultant, teacher and practitioner. His hands-on experience processing a wide variety of materials across diverse industries and extruder platforms provides him with unique capabilities to develop, optimize, scale-up and troubleshoot most any extrusion process.
His employment history is as follows:
CPM Century Extrusion, Traverse City, Michigan, 2007 to present. Director of Process Technology for one of the leading suppliers of compounding extruders and replacement parts, providing technical support to sales organization, customer base and sister companies Extricom Extrusion in Lauffen, Germany and Ruiya Extrusion in Nanjing, China.
Extrusioneering International, Randolph, New Jersey, 1994 to 2007. Founder of consulting organization for twin-screw extrusion, providing training and simulation software. Specialized in implementation of extrusion technology within the pharmaceutical industry. Developed training seminars and workshops for the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE).
Novon Products Group, Division of Warner Lambert, Morris Plains, New Jersey, 1990 to 1994. Director of Manufacturing Technology. Developed compounding technology for the first company to commercialize starch-based biodegradable polymers.
Werner & Pfleiderer Corporation (now known as Coperion), Ramsey, New Jersey, 1981 to 1990. Manager of Applications Development, responsible for developing novel applications for twin-screw extruders outside of traditional markets.
